Chair of Astrodynamics

Kurzbeschreibung

The Chair of Astrodynamics (CoA) conducts research and teaches in the fields of astrodynamics (orbital and attitude spaceflight mechanics) of single and multiple orbiting spacecraft, autonomous spacecraft guidance, navigation, and control (GNC), orbital space robotics, advanced space systems and subsystems, and space-based technology enabling sustainability actions. In these areas, we work in the entire range from new theoretical scientific contributions to conceptualization of new analytical model, methods and systems, numerical simulation, engineering inventions, prototype designing and integration, experimental testing, and engineering inventions and, when possible, in-flight demonstration.
